I plan to publish some texts from Pfarrers and Professors, popular in Bach's time, to provide some background for the texts used by Bach and his librettists (Franck, Neumeister, Picander). Heinrich Müller in particular.

• Text sources of Saint-Matthew Passion: amongst others: Kommt ihr Tochter, Jesus hat die Hand, and Am Abend da es kühle war (Picander and Müller), linking the text and imagery to devotional literature polular in Bach's world (Heinrich Müller, Olearius, Herberger, Franck). [research Elke Axmacher]

• Going to Church with J.S. Bach, the spiritual world of the Bach cantatas. Based on more or less the same material, but now gathered together in a more 'readable form' (an article for a magazine).
